Do you offer your services remotely?

Yes, of course!  Anything that I prepare for you will be sent via email.  I am also available to do a Zoom call instead of a phone consult.  Whatever you prefer!

How should I prepare for my phone consultation?

During our phone consultation, I want to get to know you and your family.  What is your parenting style?  What works best for you and your family?  What's your baby's temperament?  What are your goals from me?  I want you to tell me as much as you can in order for me to best help you!  This would also be a time that I can answer questions or tackle obstacles you've been facing!

I've tried sleep training methods unsuccessfully, can you still help?

I am familiar with numerous types of sleep training methods and what works best for various situations.  This is why a phone consultation is so important, so I can get to know what type of plan will work best for you and your baby.

Will I have to just let my baby cry themselves to sleep?

Absolutely not!  I will work within your comfort level of tolerating tears.  This is why working with a Pediatric Sleep Consultant is so beneficial; because every plan is personalized to each family!

Is there an age limit for starting?  When is it too late?

Creating a good sleep foundation is key to successful sleep, so you can start as soon as the baby is born!
It's never too late to start.  Whether you have a toddler that has sleep troubles or a 6 month old, I can work with you!
Unfortunately... I can't help you with your snoring partner though!
