​This package includes a personalized sleep plan for you and your family.  I will gather the necessary information from you to create the individual plan based on you and your child's needs.  Then I will guide you through implementing the plan and support/problem solve along the way.  Includes: 30 minute phone consult Written Sleep plan Intake form Schedule development Nap guidance Informational packet Tracking log 2 weeks daily support
